NOTICE FOR LEGAL NOTICES
PUBLIC NOTICES TO BE PUBLISHED ON BOROUGH WEBSITE

Notice is hereby given that beginning January 1, 2026, the complete text of all legal notices required to be published by the Borough of Teterboro, including its Boards and Commissions, shall be obtained or viewed by the public on the Borough’s website pursuant to P.L. 2025, c.72. Notices will be available at www.teterboronj.org (https://www.teterboronj.org/). Additionally, the New Jersey Secretary of State will be establishing a Legal Notice Hyperlink Page, allowing members of the public to find hyperlinks to the Official Internet Legal Notices Webpage of every municipality in the State. This hyperlink is expected on or around March 2026, at which time the hyperlink to the Secretary of State’s webpage will be published on the municipal webpage as soon as same is available.
