PLANNING / Zoning & PROPERTY MAINTENANCE Information
The Teterboro Planning and Zoning Department along with Property Maintenance Offices are located on the second floor of the Department of Public Works facility at 250 Hollister Road in Teterboro.
The Teterboro combined Zoning and Planning Board requires an application and an appearance prior to the commencement of occupancy for a change of tenancy and/or sale of a building. This application can be found here.
The Teterboro Planning Board Secretary and Zoning Officer accept and direct all zoning, new development, and change of tenancy matters. They present completed applications to the Planning Board members.
